[shambelle is Diamond-Pop]
 Sometimes
rough and uncut, sometimes sparkling and polished, in most different
facets, which make the whole emotional rainbow shine. shambelle
touches your heart und makes happy: "After a gig with shambelle
you simply feel good!" a fan once said.

The combo was founded in 1994. Since then shambelle has performed
more than 100 concerts in Germany and abroad. This includes some
gigs with Tab Two, Hattler, Trance Groove,
Mari Boine or N.O.H.A. or The Broken Beats.
In the last 13 years shambelle also have proved to be very successful
at competitions, e.g. in 1998 Roland Spremberg, the producer
of a-ha, picked them from 800 other bands, for a CD-production.
In 2000 shambelle obtained the Musik-Förderpreis des Landes
Rheinland-Pfalz and in 2005 they came among the runner-ups of
the Mannheim Music Awards. If you tune in to your radio sometimes,
you might have been able already to pamper your eardrum with one
or the other shambelle-song, perhaps on SWR1, SWR3,
hr1, You FM, Sputnik/MDR, NDR2 or
even on foreign radio stations in Canada, Finland,
England or Switzerland.

In the last couple of years eight CDs have been released. After
the successful albums "intimate alien" and "Sensitive
Seedling" the eight CD with eleven songs is available since
summer 2011.
